We needed to create a platform that allowed vendors to easily onboard fundraising teams and run fundraising campaigns. All while reporting orders and comissions, and associating them with particular team members.

The three partners split responsibilities according to our skills. I am in charge of the back-end services, API integrations, report generation, and any sort of automation that needs to happen.

We are unlocking 10s of thousands of dollars in vendor revenue while making it seriously easy to onboard and update fundraising teams as to their progress through their campaign.

Client's idea had stagnated for the last few years, and wanted to get a design together to show investors and to enable small scale production. After discussing the client's goals, we determined that the product could also pose a unique monetization plan which dramatically reduced cost per sale, and increased sustainability. They needed designs for 3D models, electronics, and embedded software

With sustainability in mind, I picked locally sourceable materials that are very common and manufacturing methods which increase the ease of assembly. I was also able to provide a rough standard procedure for assembly and processing of the product.

The client is now able to take 3D models and design pictures to show investors. The client now has a better understanding of what needs to happen, and can convey that to the people that will help them get to the next stage of their business.

Client needed a new, no-code solution for their sales team to generating new email templates that could be sent to warm leads. It needed to include drag-and-drop with live inventory editable descriptions and discounts.

After reviewing the current process and tools, we assembled design and acceptability criteria. During the project, I shared screenshots and video to get feedback from the client.

As the sales team was able to quickly integrate the new platform into their process, they immediately reduced the amount of time between calls and followups. This resulted in a greater number of sales.

Client's best selling product is out of date. Previous attempts to update the design proved too expensive to produce. We needed to retain all of the core features but repackage them with a modern aesthetic.

Studied the existing product and how all the pieces worked and fit together. After providing rough sketches, we agreed on a design. After a few months of work and discussions, I was able to provide them with a detailed 3D model and a large set of drawing to take to a manufacturer for a quote.

The client was very happy with the design and is looking forward to moving forward with assembly as it will use similar construction methods as the existing design, but looks much more modern.

Client is a developer, but wasn't familiar enough with JavaScript to finish his webpage for making Dungeons-and-Dragons characters. There is a lot of math involved, and he needed a lot of help understanding how to approach the project.

Had a nearly 4 hour tutoring session where I walked the client through the intricacies of JavaScript and how to apply them to the page. We pair programmed for the majority of the call as I talked him through restructuring his webpage and integrating different functionalities.

The client was ecstatic with the results. He had been struggling with the code and needed an expert to help him. The tool will save him and his friends from hours of tedious math calculations.

Measure and record critical dimensions and assembly instructions for the client's prototype. 3D models and 2D drawings must be enough for the client's manufacturing shop to replicate the prototype.

I hand drafted the individual parts based on pictures and videos. During a second visit, I used a caliper and a tape measure to dimension and locate critical features. I then used those hand drawings to create the 3D models and 2D drawings in Autodesk Fusion 360.

The client now has a reliable electronic resource for files that allow them to replicate their prototype, and gives them the means to share 3D renderings with investors.

My client had an idea to pitch to an investor, but needed a working sample. Quickly design and build a working prototype of a small, rechargeable, handheld warmer with multiple modes of operation.

I designed the code as a C++ state machine, built a test rig to profile the performance of every prototype, tested proof of concept models to determine the feasibility of the project, designed a PCB to fit within the desired form factor, and assembled a working prototype with custom heating elements.

The prototype and code were delivered to the client on time and he was able to present an operational prototype to an investor.
